“Habib’s Restaurant & Sweet House” is owned by the Aziz family, who have more than 55 years’ experience in their operation of Bradford restaurants, and is personally managed by Shaukat Habib (hence the name, “Habib’s”), son of Abdul Aziz, the head of the family.

The family’s desire is to offer authentic dishes prepared exactly as in their homeland, Kashmir, and presented with the highest standards of care and friendly service. We aim to provide a true taste of The East, with a wide variety of fresh, healthy, and well-loved recipes, as well as speciality dishes from the sub-continent, such as Balti, Vegetarian etc. As all our dishes aim for authenticity, they are usually more subtle in their flavours than is often experienced in Europe. Although we can produce the more fiery flavours if required, we feel sure you will agree that the deeper and often more delicate flavours in our dishes can give a new appreciation of the myriad nuances of true Asian cuisine.

Our food is all freshly cooked, using only the highest quality of halal meats, vegetables and spices, locally sourced. We are genuinely proud of the standard of our food and are confident that you will share our enthusiasm for its quality, variety, presentation and value.
